Oh FBI spy I would like seeing Mysterio being a threat again to Spider-Man in future movies but the only issue is that Mysterio isn’t actually really much of a physical threat. His threats are psychological and mental but it’s all an illusion. He himself actually doesn’t pose a physical challenge and the whole point of the Sinister Six is that it is six members teamed up together that each on their own are massive physical dangers so their powers combined are essentially one of the greatest threats Spider-Man could possibly face.

An experienced Peter Parker can't even take down the sinister six lmfaoooo what more can Tom Holland's not-so experienced peter parker handle it. Worse is, Tony's not there to help him or even guide him.
