I think this video is really valuable. Thank you so much. My son has had the bad habits and fears that you describe. I'm sure he never thought to approach those fears by "doing what you don't want to do." Do or think the opposite of whatever harassment the disease is spewing. I'm really happy for you.

"We but mirror the world. All the tendencies present in the outer world are to be found in the world of our body. If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. This is the divine mystery supreme. A wonderful thing it is and the source of our happiness. We need not wait to see what others do.” - Mahatma Gandhi
What you're describing here has power beyond most are able to comprehend. It's unfortunate your words seem to fall on ears lacking in understanding. If the mind constructs a false reality of persecutions and hallucinations, and instead of reacting in a manner that simply mirrors or is moved by the experience, the mind instead choses to be what it desires to receive then this power should have enough force to smash the illusions into a million pieces. What's waiting on the other side would be the desired reality. When I listened to your instructions, Ghandi's quote came to mind as the very thing you were reflecting. I felt the weight of those words like never before after watching your video. Thank you.

That's a great quote! Wish I knew of it before making this video. But that's exactly what I'm doing here.. We don't reflect negatives but instead choose to become that which is to be reflected. It's about taking leadership instead of waiting to be led. And it is indeed a great mystery that escapes most of us today because we aren't taught these things from an early age.
I appreciate your kind words. Simplicity is often lost on the world today. It's just the way it is. Yet here we have to continue in our becoming, or else we risk joining in with the song of those seeking something to reflect.
