For anyone still having issues connecting to the app, delete the app and reinstall it. Also make sure you restart your tv. Also make sure wifi is the same for both devices. This worked for me!

Didn’t work. I have Apple which you make no mention of either way. I pressed add and it asked for the IP address and still didn’t find it.

Does anybody know how I can get the Roku remote that has the button to power off/on, volume +, volume -. Because I accidentally clicked something and it had all those options and then I tried to see how it did that and I got rid of it and now it has just the regular options if that makes any sense?
To turn volume up and down just use your phone volume that controls it.
