During the going first combo you can actually link the chundra+ black winged dragon into spheres and banish the black winged and bident dragon from grave to keep ultimaya tzolkyn on the field. Then on opp's turn. Spheres bounce a card to summon paidra, paidra sets kaimen and triggers ultimaya again to summon crystal wing

Heat Wave is only useful if your opponent forces you to go first. You are never going first so if they expect it they will go first and side cards to stop the BP like threatening roar, waboku, etc. or establish a board. If you side it and go second it's a brick that can otherwise be a card that helps you win the game

Are you worried about the 2 rank 1's fire can put up. They trun skip tenpai without droplet and herald of the abyss or santa claws ect. Thoughts?
My thought is shifter for the win tbh lol but I did tweak my side deck and I changed the main and extra a bit too!

Droplets is good but he probably cut them in favor of main decking more hand traps
