Very useful video as always! I have one question, if you could point me in the right direction! I have an Acer E1-571 (almost the same laptop as in your video). Laptop works on battery, on charger, i have charging light but the battery doesn't charge. I've tried with 3 batteries already, 4 chargers, charge the battery via power supply as in your video about laptop batteries, reinstall windows 8 and 10, still no luck! Thanks in advance and keep up the good work! Respect!

Hello. I have the exact same model for this laptop but with a graphics chip. When i start the laptop the cpu fan turns for a bit then goes quiet.
No startup no sound

I like a lot of your repairs, but i like not seeing used of hot glue on an hinge repair..
It is a bit of a mess ...
Yesterday i repaired on a Acer laptop 4 hinge screw standoffs with 2 component Metalset S2 from Loctite. Very hard and strong.
It is the 4 th time that i do it like so. Screws go in like original.

You might have just sold my laptops's issue. I have same problem as you. When i measure the ground to ground, there is continuity but when I check the middle pin as you did, I see 1 on the DMM which probably means very high impedance. Does it mean middle pin is the issue? YOu reply would help a lot
