I'm not saying that no cop never does anything good. I'm saying that that doesn't make them good. For example, a serial rapist might help feed the homeless, Is he a good person? No. Did he do a good thing? Yes. All cops accept stolen/extorted money(taxes) for pay and then enforce immoral laws(most of government's laws). Many of government's laws are a violation of our natural rights. They willingly enforce them and benefit from it.

Good Advice from someone who should know. I'm sure it just absolutely disgusts you to see what you are observing today all these years outside of the force. (Your PROFESSIONAL thoughts on the following, please). Question: Was it because of this type of behavior that we are now seeing from much newer, much less seasoned cops that ultimately turned your stomach and led to your decision to leave the force? Another question: To the best of your understanding and knowledge, (and I'm assuming you still have friends in or on the force.....) are newer recruits and or seasoned cops actually being taught from the academy to treat civilians the way that we are now, seeing them being treated today? Where do you think this behavior is coming from? Again, your thoughts, please.
Cops are civilians. Unless they're military police, in which case they have exactly zero authority over civilians, they're employed by a *civilian* agency.
Clear intimidation and retaliation. Why are cops suddenly bothering to "investigate" a very minor traffic altercation? I was hit, severe damage to my car, dude gave a false address and phone number. Phoenix PD did nothing, saying it was a civil matter.
Cause they have nothing better to do clearly. I'm curious to know if there actually was a "collision/hit & run" Typically cars today I know if they've 'hit someone'
I had a car door smashed completely in at a parking lot in Phoenix. Not only would the cops not come, they wouldn't even take a report or get the CCTV or anything. I had to go to the police station on my own, write a report and they told me nobody would look into it. I had to go to the gym and grocery store myself and get them to give me the surveillance footage. The stores weren't really willing to give the video but I convinced them. In the end, I was able to prove it was a fellow gym goer that hit my vehicle. So yeah, police are worthless

In 1992 I was accused of a hit and run. Phoenix police department came and arrested me the next day. I wasn’t involved in an accident and no one else was driving my car. I went to court and noticed the same cop and the same people that accused me of hit and run. They were in front of a different judge and the guy just like me was found guilty. Insurance paid out I had to pay a fine so did the other people. I told them I was in court for the same reason and the same people. The courts or the police department refused to do anything about it. It turned out that the cop and the people that accused me of hit and run. Are all related to each other . It is and has been a scam for years with the cops here in Arizona.
These people are beyond unbelievable!! The story changes so often that the cop actually forgets what lies he's telling and starts a different set of lies to cover his confusion.
Exactly! Police came to my house and said a stolen phone was pinging at my address. They kept questioning me, but I said it was not here. Cop then asked for my ID. I said He couldn’t have it because I wasn’t involved. I would not have known to say this, if it was for your channel. Not even 2 minutes later, the police found it in a car directly across the street from me. I watched the whole thing. Cop never came back over to explain that they were mistaken. 😡😖🤬
What you have to remember is, there were seven cops to ask about a 'possible' collision and to check out the car. Only one or two at the most would have sufficed. There were seven because as soon as they realised who's car it was, that was their opportunity to retaliate for having their misconduct, harassment and bullying called out all the time. Of course cops lie. They are habitual liars, will do so even when they gain no benefit from the lie and when the lie is trivial to detect. Look at this case. The sergeant made the argument that it was reasonable for cops to visit the address of the registered owner of the car. Pretty trivial to detect those lies since the vehicle isn’t registered to Direct D and it is registered to a different address. The sergeant gained nothing from the lie and he completely ignored it when Direct D called the sergeant out on the lie.

The camera rolling when the car starts really set the stage - they now have to really be sure they want to do this on hearsay. It’s a civil matter they are trying to turn into a crime to get you.
So let me get this straight. There is a hypothetical hit and run, someone calls the cops with a plate number and makes a complaint. The cops take said complaint and run the plate. The suspect on the call suggested he was driving and the driver ahead slammed on the brakes or brake checked him. I expecting the cops are looking for evidence on the car that matches up to the complainants car. They brought extra cops who are in training. The suspect on the phone suggests the car has video evidence gathering equipment. If they charge the suspect he can use the evidence in court, he says. The cop asked if he was talking to the suspect of that name and his name was established and they know he is the husband of the woman. The woman at the door in the video says it's her car and it's been parked. The cops continue to investigate. That's what cops do. But why did you write this to me? If you're "simple" as you suggest, then listen to the video. I did. I wrote my comment because the suspect on the phone gave them helpful info. He could have refrained from giving. I'm not involved, I didn't see the car outside. I didn't see the alledged incident. I just know they found his wife's car matches their info they had when they started asking her. It doesn't matter what house it's parked in front of. It's a suspected car by those cops. They didn't ask for his I.D. they asked him to verify who he was on the phone so they could make a note of who they talked to. That's what in noticed in review after these months have passed. Why does it matter? Exactly?
Way to go man. Seriously so many people don't understand just a simple conversation can incriminate them. It's never just a simple conversation with them. Record and document everything.
Absolutely. They can use interpretation tricks, and word salad to get a false conviction. Best to say nothing. I think this guy is protecting his wife from further harassment at her home by making the call.
All she had to say is, "You're trespassing and I need/demand that you leave the property. Are you refusing to leave?" They can still take photos from the sidewalk, but they can't take photos of the front of the car or look inside, if it's in the driveway. That's Trespass after Warning.
Amazing how many times they lie in such a short time. 'you said it wasn't your car' 'you said you didn't want to talk about the car'. Why should anything the cops put in any report be taken seriously at all?
Cops can lie to the potential suspect all they want during an investigation or interrogation in order to get a confession or a suspect to incriminate themselves during that investigation. However, they must tell the truth when filling out the actual sworn police report they submit to prosecution otherwise they are breaking the law for perjury and filing false reports of facts.

Yeah, my father was in law enforcement so I grew up respecting police. Then after he passed I had some incidents with cops trying to intimidate me that pissed me off. I don't intimidate easily. So cops putting their hands on their guns when approaching me made me angry instead. Like WTF. Likewise. I was falsely accused of assaulting a woman and the cops waited for me at my home, physically pulled me out of my car in front of neighbors after I came home, cuffed me and put me in a cell for 6 hours. $7K of lawyer fees later and the charges were dropped (because there was no evidence, because I never did it). Never even got off the couch until the officers knocked on our door. The other officers asked if I struck her, I said no. They then proceeded to tell her to go file charges on me herself the next morning. She did indeed do that. My speculations from this video, some idiot brake checked you and caused you to tap into their rear bumper, that Karen then accused you of hit-and-run.

So let me get this straight. There is a hypothetical hit and run, someone calls the cops with a plate number and makes a complaint. The cops take said complaint and run the plate. They then go to an address that it isn't registered at looking for a person it isn't registered to? I would think that the registered owner would be the person they go after if there was a hit and run.
Of course there's nothing logically in their story, they're a bunch of liars.
Unless the complainant described the man they saw driving.
@@dannylinc6247 so, in your mind, a man described driving a car can be ID’d when driving a car not registered to him and the cops show up at a house that the car is not registered at?

@@guyforlogos I don't know, it's a bunch of confusion from 8 months ago.
In reviewing, I'm hearing a car they suspect is outside the residence.
The other driver was saying they got a good look at the driver they're complaining about.
The cops are trying to investigate.

Call 911, request a state trooper or sheriff's office to come deal with the local police who are breaking the law and refusing to leave your property.
In theory, that is true. In practice, the cops will violate your rights all day long.
I thought the same thing

Amazing how many times they lie in such a short time. 'you said it wasn't your car' 'you said you didn't want to talk about the car'. Why should anything the cops put in any report be taken seriously at all?
Cops can lie to the potential suspect all they want during an investigation or interrogation in order to get a confession or a suspect to incriminate themselves during that investigation. However, they must tell the truth when filling out the actual sworn police report they submit to prosecution otherwise they are breaking the law for perjury and filing false reports of facts.
