Im not an expert but I think you are supposed to play one handed because it avoids issues like confusing your opponent or hitting the clock before you're completely done moving. if someone has a better answer i'd like to know

If rook takes bishop, then king takes rook. Rook = 5 points, bishop = 3 points

Dev you're supposed to use one hand. The same hand which touches the piece also presses the clock. I forgot why. This is true in tournaments as well.
