Pecan Sticky Bread Recipe
Incredible Sticky Rolls made with chopped pecans and drenched in the most delicious rich brown sugar butter caramel sauce. The cinnamon sugar and warm butter caramel fills your home with the most irresistible smell that it’s worth making these just for the smell alone. There is some waiting time involved as the dough rises but other than that these are super easy to whip up :)

190g Bread Flour
2 tsp Instant Dry Yeast
110mL Whole Milk
110mL Sour Cream
85g Unsalted Butter
50g Brown Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
[for Filling]
55g Unsalted Butter
55g Brown Sugar
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
5g Whole Wheat Flour
¼ tsp Salt
[for Sticky Glaze]
55g Muscovado Sugar
55g Brown Sugar
75g Unsalted Butter
85mL Corn Syrup
¼ tsp Salt
50g Toasted Pecan
