I really love how you've been showing us where and how you harvest your food more often. It's so interesting to see, especially foods that I'm familiar with but you have them growing naturally or wild and they look different. Thank you!
In kerala we call it kappa..it can be cooked just by cutting in to small pieces and boiling it adding some salt.. also can be cooked another way, i.e by ,cutting it into small pieces, boiling adding salt and once it is cooked ,then putting grated coconut, turmeric powder, small onion, green chillies, Curry leaves (grinding these in a mixture)and mixing it with the cooked Cassova. Either way, spicy fish curry is the best combination.
I use the Cassava for cooking and baking as well. For some of us Filipinos we use it more into baking and it's so yummy especially when we bake it to CASSAVA SUMAN or CASSAVA CAKE. Thank you for sharing us you're recipes SROS!! I enjoywatching you're videos daily. ❤😊👍Keep cooking delicious foods. Take and God bless you always. 😇

Never heard about cassava, but after asking Mr. Google , it was told me, the German word is Maniok . So I've heard about it 😁 Very nice video Sros with cooking and letting us look around into your beautiful place where you live. And I'm sure you have enjoyed your cake and dessert and it is yummy as always. Love and hugs all the way from Germany to you.

Kerala name Kappa
Two type of cassavas one people can eat after boiling or cooking and an other one cannot just for industrial processing
Correct. Yucca cannot be eaten, yuca can be. That "cc" makes all the difference
