    The villagers do not allow Picnickers and unruly tourists on the island. Although they are friendly by nature, they are very cautious of strangers.

    Around 8:90: Couple of banks? At one time, I remember it being said that Santo Estevam was the most banked village in Goa... with as many as SEVEN banks.

      Not true. There were only 2 banks in the village, Now there are 4 banks. Although there were 2 banks, they were the richest banks in the whole of Goa

      No we don't have ancestors in Goa
