Why would you want neighbours 10' on either side of you if you had 10s of millions? I'd want an acre of land on either side of me. The home is beautifully finished (a bit Vegas glitzy for my taste), but I'd want a proper dedicated home theatre room and an attached 4 car garage. Maybe I missed it, I saw a sauna but not a steam room. And if I had 10s of millions, I've always wanted a pool.

It sold awhile back. The owners just had it rebuilt recently so we thought we'd try something different and feature the new build, even though it's not currently on the market.
It's no doubt beautiful, but there are several practical issues. The primary closet...it's the size of a typical child's room closet. The laundry room...it's two floors down from where the actual laundry is. They crammed 4 bedrooms on the top floor, whereas 3 would be more comfortable as it could then accommodate a full-sized adult primary closet and a laundry room. I'd have a hard time believing someone on this project didn't at one or more points bring up these issues.

Shower next to dry sauna is equipped with steam outlet so it's steam/sauna side by side and makes perfect spa feel. Thanks
