Dear Ida, yes, it was really great. We sail often, and more rarely we spend the night on board as well. I love this rhythm on board, where time passes slowly and in the present moment. And I particularly like the moments of meals, and of bedtime, the taste of roaming.
There are a lot of other boats out there, so it’s a little "overcrowded" in the warm season. You also have to pay attention to all the oyster farms, the tides and the water level, which varies a lot, depending on the place and the time. Also be careful, in low tides, to be well on a channel, the marking is not always very obvious. But it remains a pleasure. 💙🌊
Indeed, we did not have much luck with the tidal schedules, and the places where we absolutely wanted to spend the night , or to run aground for lunch, which forced us this time, not to be stranded elsewhere than where the plane planned, to make less sail and more engine, unfortunately.
