You talk about the interior being like Teflon (if the translations are correct). It's more like highly brushed aluminum or magnalium. Also, you went through this entire video without talking about the SWITCH/DIAL/ADJUSTMENT! What's that for? What is it used for?! I love all of the low friction aspects of the GriGri+ over the GriGri. I'm sold! But I'd much rather climb trees with a Rope Runner Pro or with a Rope Wrench! Still, this GriGri variant is awesome! I love it! If I had a need for it right now, I'd buy it! What are your thoughts on the Petzl NEOX? I think it's dangerous unless you're a really good belayer. It has no use for us tree climbers! The GriGri and GriGri+ are way better for us tree climbers! Great video! Great job!
@@Knot-orious I saw that is some kind of Teflon effect cause it don't scratch with the elements I also have said that one switch position it's more sensitive" to block ( top rope position) and the other it's more floyd, don't blocks that easy; this is to give rope quickly to the first climber / that position is the normal sensitive feature on the Grigri 2 for example Thanks for comment my friend!
@@Knot-orious oh the neox I don't like at all, there are some videos showing that device.....I couldn't use it cause I still don't understand it / some climbers are criticizing the neox
@@verticalfeel It wouldn't work for a RADS because it oftentimes doesn't grab unless a belayer wraps the rope firmly around the side plates. It's definitely for belaying only. The GriGri+ looks awesome, dude! What did it cost you? Also, what does that dial do?
