    Thanks a lot Annemarie;
    Happy international women's day!
    Best wishes , too,to women All over the world.
    women are the important element in the society . wherever you go you see them in extremely hard activities, in the fields planting, collecting heavy stuff as wood or gallons of water,in the same time taking care of kids ...nowadays women had the opportunity to take important position in the social life for instance in politics, science, army, medical areas, education, overall they keep their sensitiveness in being moms.
    In my country women and men are equal at work they have the same salaries if they have the same qualifications.l wish that in other countries women would be fairly payed,
    I say loudly that women are first main academia , they deserve all respect since they raise up for ever respectful humanity

    Q 4:
    To go forward and improve,we women , should work hard to win respect .we should prioritize education (we must fight ignorance) because we are the first important individual in the family , ladies must be confident and go apply for an important position , don't give up when they are criticized . they must focus on their target and go forward with Sure steps, don't hesitate to climb the ladder towards the success.
    We are not created only to have kids,we are capable to be successfully active in many fields.as we have many qualities : patience, perseverance, we are sensitive,....
    we ladies deserve to be honored every day,not only one day a year !

    If equity means giving everyone what they need in order to succeed, and this means not giving everyone the same bicycle because different people have different needs, then equity cannot mean treating everyone equally (part of the definition of "equity" given here). It's also at least debatable that equity means treating everyone fairly, because you could make the case that not treating people equally, which is required by equity, means not treating people fairly.

    at 19:42 I wonder how traditional role harm both gender man and women ?

    • @adrianagomeza
      @adrianagomeza Рік тому

      for example, the traditional roles tend to identify a men as the provider or breadwinner and a woman as housewife or caretakers. it would harmful if a man decides to stay at home and been the caretaker and be judge for that decision.

    In most countries men have less rights than whomen:
    1. Woman have no military duty
    2. Woman retires 5 years earlier than men, but leave aprox 10 years more then men
    3. In case of devorce, children will stay with woman by court. Men should pay alimony in most cases more than real needs of children.
    4. Woman can cheat, eaven if men prove it, court will stay children with woman, and assign alimony to him.
    5. For the same crime, court will give less punishment to woman than to men
    6. Woman can kill her small child under 1 Year old and will not have any punishment.
    7. Woman can alone deside to stay child in case of pregnancy or make abort. Man's opinion does not meter.
    8. Woman restricted to be hired on dangerous and hazardous to heals jobs. Goverment take care about them, not about men.
    All should be equal men, woman, black, white no meter. But I can see that men more discromenated than woman in perspective of law. Read all above and rethink.
