I live in northern Virginia, just outside DC. I have a HUGE phobia of bees and wasps. Something I’ve been dreading since my teen years is the day these minidemons make their way to my neck of the woods. I honestly don’t know how you guys do it😅
Saaaame. I was attacked by yellow jackets in kindergarten and it traumatized the hell out of me and I'm 37. Some people don't like snakes, spiders, mice ect I don't care about any of those, but id trip a nun to get away from those sons of bitches (jk'ing...ish)😅
Since you are in the Southwest. Those bees sorta look like pushing the "herd" to winter pasture. LOL And you guys are the Wranglers. 🎶🎵 Gotta long Lil doggies🎶🎵
Did y'all see the commercial for the tv showe 911, the season Premier commercial shows a truck hauling killer bees tips over and of course the bees do what they do. Will be interesting to see how they handle it on a acting tv show
I seen the Queen she’s going to pull the trigger on the drill I think she’s looking a little Rigid. I think she’s telling the hive don’t go towards the light.
Would be interesting if you could show a queen of one of these hives that you’re not in a hurry so people don’t die, just for education. Of course kill hive off because it’s right thing to do but would be interesting to see.
Where's the honey 🍯!?! Reed and Hosh need the honey 🍯 and the money 💰 darn killer bees 🐝 don't they know what to do? I think Reed and Hosh need to bee-educating the killer bees on when they're meant to make honey. Sending some warm hugs, sorry for the loss of honey 🍯
Concerning brood: What if…. Some nation somewhere has been continued breeding killer bees to mainly repopulate and whoever is doing that is planting / letting them go in your county and other places. Why else would there be more brood than honey in the Fall????? Just a thought. Maybe that is why there are also so many swarms!? For such a significant change in overall bee behavior it sure would make you wonder if these bees are genetically been changed and released. I am certainly no bee professional, what I have learned is strictly from Reed, Hosh and MedTek.
Killer bees are known for excessive swarming, Reed even mentions his hives swarming in this video. You have to understand how huge and spread out Cochise county is, and how sparsely populated. There are infinite places for them to hive up. The question is, how are they overwintering? Are they hibernating? We'll see how things go this winter, I guess.
The Queen is on the Rigid drill. As soon as Reed relocated the drill, the swarm turned around to follow the drill.
Awesome huh!?

Good morning Sherry!

Nope. Just the brood.

@@medtek got it. Yeah I hear him speaking of the swarms, it is really strange about there being so much brood! Crazeee!
@@Jodejjr I suspect that they are making more babies to go out and gather more honey before it turns cold. Maybe expecting a late winter?
So, the first step would’ve been to shave the grass down, then start inserting the foam.
They go nuts on weed whackers!
These bees are not behaving like killer bees?
That's part of the problem. They never all behave the same.
Ewww, get more chickens hosh. You gonna need them they are busy laying eggs and more brood
