Hello! I absolutely love your videos, they're so helpful! What areas would you recommend for glasgow students? I'm an international student and am really wanting a flat close to uni in a safe area, but it's so hard to gauge from online
thank you!! I would definitely recommend the area around Byers Road, it's really close to the uni and feels very safe as there are lots of students. apart from there, I stayed in halls in Finneston in first year and I'd say it also felt pretty safe. Partick is a bit further away but is also an area that is really popular with students I think and public transport is really good. I hope you find somewhere :)
moving out of the flat must have been so heartbreaking :( it looked so lovely but hopefully you'll enjoy your new flat just as much or even more! i'm currently trying to find a flat as well with my flat mates in the west end and it's an absolute nightmare, there is definitely a shortage in flats and too much demand, but hopefully we'll be able to find one soon :) lovely vid as always and can't wait for your move-in vlog!
Hi Juliet - obviously it’s been a while since you moved but I was wondering about turnaround. The flat situation is so bad rn; from the time you saw the flat to when you moved was it longer than a few weeks?
