Rap battle aside, Boba Fett doesn’t have armor covering 100% of his body, and Deadpool is a naturally talented marksman. That doesn’t even include the fact that Deadpool can heal from practically any injury (including anything in Boba Fett’s arsenal). And even if you took ALL OF THAT away, he can still rewrite stories he is in to just say that he won for whatever reason he wants. But as far as the rap battle Boba Fett wins by a slight edge.
Outside of the breaking the fourth wall and toon-like powers, Boba Fett is a lot closer to Deadpool than one might think. In the old canon he's gone toe to toe with Darth Vader multiple times, a literal space Wizard with light speed reflexes and space magic powerful enough to move massive starships and has not only survived but came out on top a few times. Deadpools regeneration also wavers depending on what iteration he's in so something like a thermal detonator could completely kill the more grounded versions of his character where he was more mutant merc and not toon force using stand in.
In a fight, Deadpool would win, because he has literally recovered from full disintegration. Boba Fett's armor has so little Beskar because Jango had forsaken The Creed back when he let The Republic use his DNA to crank out clones on Kamino. Besides, a bullet or katana could easily fit through the slits in his mask. That's where Deadpool's "Mail it in your face" line came from. Deadpool in an actual fight, but Boba Fett took this rap battle W.

Deadpool is goofy, but doing jokes in a rap battle against a dude that is actually tearing your ass apart with facts, that are true btw, is not a good idea if you wanna win.
This is the problem I have with Epic rap battles because how they frame them , whoever goes last most people think wins , that’s why I like the rap battle format that goes until the other rapper can’t come up with anything or just starts to fumble, the merc with the mouth would win a real rap battle
