Great stuff! most videos I've seen on running form just mention not to swing the arms a lot, but fail to give the tip that the elbow should be behind or rear the torso. It would be interesting to make a video about overpronation too and exercises to alleviate it!

Increasing the step cadence may reduce the load through the knee by 20%, but if you’re just consciously making that choice without changing anything else wouldn’t that most likely result in shorter stride length and come at the cost of power/speed? I’ve heard elite marathon runners do trapbar deadlifts to increase their stride length and speed, so this just seems counterproductive to that. Great video BTW!

how can I fix my arm position if my arm gets numb during longer runs
Is there any harm in working up to more volume in the exersises, like 3-5 sets instead of two? Expecially if you haven't run in a while and want to prepare yourself to start running when the weather warms up?
