      U will need a dwarf variety citrus rootstock, once you have a dwarf variety (short bearing tree) you can dwarf any citrus by grafting to such rootstock. Bud grafting is most used method for citrus but for a beginner you can use cleft or veneer grafting also

      Yes. Any citrus that grows fast will be good
