Today is World Mental Health Day and this year's theme is 'Mental health is a universal right'.
More and more of us are aware of mental health, but 1 in 3 of us feel too embarrassed to ask for support. Remember everyone has mental health and it is normal to have times when we need a little extra support. Seeking support is not a weakness it is a sign of intelligence and strength.
