You can send email notifications based on the approval of entries. To do this, you'll need to set up an email notification in Fluent Forms. In the notification settings, configure the recipient email field to ensure the notification is sent to the user. Compose the email content that you want to be sent upon approval (see screenshot). Yes, the notification will send again. But you must approve it waiting day time period. Otherwise it will be deleted from the database.
