The 1 thing i always missed staying in US was the authentic Karnataka Hotel Chutney, no matter how good any restaurant had made the Chutney never did i find the authentic Indian taste.
This recipe after so many years brought that joy. Thank you so much for this, it tasted exactly like hotel style Loved it

You have channa Dal/kadlebele..if you are adding kadlebele first roast it in bit of oil..or else use these ingredients

Roasted groundnuts
Tamarind or lemon
Green chillies
Coriander leaves
Salt
Water
Tempering
Oil
Mustard
Curry leaves
Red chillies optional
