Freedom is inside you and eternal. IF you want it.
People were poorer but a million times happier in the past because most people knew this.
They depended and trusted in Jesus.
They didn't put their full trust in politicians who are generally trustworthy and are always here today and gone tomorrow.
      John 8:31-36.
      Romans chapter 8.

@@leenieledejo6849 You are missing the point entirely, freedom is not inside you when you are brainwashed, when you are limited in action, etc.
Scotland has to free itself from delusion, from dependency. That is how this so-called Union works. That is how Colonisation has always worked.

Correct, it was imprisoned by unelected bureaucrats in Brussels. Half of these bureaucrats couldn’t even point to Scotland on a map. Thankfully the English and Welsh voters have freed Scotland from the unelected bureaucrats of Brussels because the UK left the EU 🎉

We have to move forward. We can't trust the politicians to bring us Independence, we have to educate one another about what this union actually means and what it was all about; the greed of the few, selling off the many into slavery to a foreign government. People have short memories, and this is not about grudge, simply one of dignity and knowing how much better off we'd all be under our own rule.
Westminster is about limitation and exploitation, if anyone can show otherwise I'll consider what they present. A self ruling Scotland would mean our own currency and more importantly, our own control of such. That's what blew the chance of freedom out of the water, the lack of clarity concerning all issues surrounding money.
We have to be complete autonomous. Just as our government must operate under a Scottish Constitution to protect us from their stupidity. An actual democracy is what we must have, not the present pretend nonsense.
What we have to present is a full rounded argument, showing why we can't just sit back in our comfort but question that very delusion. All the talk of Westminster being a safety net for Scotland is simply baloney. We have to show the very real dangers of such thinking, such as interest rates, mortgage rates, such as every rising food prices, energy prices, etc. A Country without control over such basics is never safe.
Scotland can feed itself, heat itself, have adequate housing, etc. That is not wishful thinking but based on simple facts, such as the way the farming market has been held back. In my lifetime, farmers have gone from growing dozens of varied crops to just a handful. I mean, it is ludicrous to import that which we can produce ourselves. That is the basis of a real Scottish economy. Same with electric and gas. We have abundance, and yet it is all siphoned off and then sold back to us at 10 times the price. Scotland having its own National Energy Provider would give us all cheap electric, and when we consider the effect of that for our businesses, well it gives us a great advantage over others; innovation and industry would certainly grow exponentially.

Totally agree. We have to reframe the debate.
List some of what it would be sensible for us to do, economically, infrastructure and lifestyle wise. Point out which laws-of-another-country prevent us doing that. And repeat the question: What sort of Country ALLOWS their hands to be tied like that?

An independent Scotland would be even fairer. Free university benefits everyone, that's simply why all should have free adult education. England is about exploiting its people, and thus, Scottish people, Welsh, Irish, anyone it can. Just one reason to break free from that type of tyranny.
