So if he doesn't go to Kansas and have a record 3-18 then this vacating of Wins doesn't matter. He was the luckiest man to ever have that job. Lucky to keep it Lucky that the AD was dumb enough to not look into why was trying to hire him when he received his last extension. He squandered so much talent at lsu it is unreal. The riverboat gambler that finally got caught. The only guy who gets caught eating grass (Painted Grass) and get a TV commercial.
They forfeit all 37 wins while the guy was on campus despite him only starting 9 games and playing in 24. Vacate the 24 wins where the guy actually played.
Well who else would it be with the track record and accomplishments he had at lsu there really is no comparison unless BK wins two national championships
Don’t return the wins cause 1; Regardless of what the rules are now regarding paying players and whatnot. The rules at the time prohibited it. 2; It would be very messy to 30+ teams which were awarded the wins because the violation in the first place. I don’t think it was right of the NCAA to place the blame squarely on him
Sorry Mr. Miles but you should have kept an eye on your staff. Also will the school and Mr. Miles retro pay those LSU players since LSU and Mr. Miles voted against the student players?
@@JoyHatcher the math end of the 4th quarter said they won those games. We're punishing by removing wins even tho those boys and went out and won that game.
Why couldn’t he win two more games at Kansas? Maybe his reputation was already tainted because of Joe Alleva. My issue is with Funes who stole from sick children. Did that money get embezzled to lure recruits? These days it’s mostly all above board.
so many rules and regulations for something that doesn't matter
Sports don’t matter but gay pride parades do?
Right!!! They doing this legally now. So sorry he was ahead of the game and did it before everyone else
What crazy is he only need two win given back to him for him to qualify for the lsu hall of fame
You ain't wrong. If Reggie can get his Heisman back, all these schools and coaches should get their wins back. Anything less is just hypocrisy.

Greatest coach in LSU history??? I don’t know about that one
Well who else would it be with the track record and accomplishments he had at lsu there really is no comparison unless BK wins two national championships
Nick Saben and Gerry DiNardo rebuilt LSU and are probably the best coaches in LSU history

The problem is they forfeited every win while the guy was on campus. He only started in 9 games and played in 24 (special teams and backup duty).
They gave Reggie back his heisman so he should get his wins back
What were the rules at the time
Is this the beat from Jamie foxx song with drake ?
Edit i remember the name "Your type" by Jamie foxx
Well that was rule at the time and it was broken
We don't get to say that because it's not illegal today, that's the violations of yesterday are ok.
There were rules and they were broken. Full stop.
Wow
Nick Saben is the best coach in LSU history
The greatest? Do you forget Nick Saban exists and he's the reason we became relevant again?
Saban was the best coach in LSU history. JS
Saban is and he was there for 3 years, without Saban LSU has 0 football program
Greatest coach in LSU history? What?! lol

Unjust rule and unjust punishment.
Give him the wins. They won those games
@@OneEyedGatekeeper Not according to the NCAA and math.

He was a cheater. Doesn’t deserve what Ed Orgeron took decades to build at LSU. 😂
Greatest LSU coach in history 😂
What did yall do before him( don’t talk Nick)

??? Okay vacated wins fine
Where the fucking 10 losses come from?
If he was that worried about his legacy and the hall of fame, he would have won more at Kansas instead of using it as a cash grab on his way out.
Like if you breathe
Hell nah
First besides booty bots
