I know this was a couple days ago I’m half way through watching and I keep wondering What’s for dessert? That’s my fav part of of going to dinner at someone else’s house. I love what I make for dessert and I’m usually asked to bring the dessert but I love having something new from someone else. I would love to see a recipe for Nonna Torta Della I could never seem to get that one right the lemon cream never stands up for me. It looks good but it runs right out when I cut it??? Mauro Help!? Madelena, You may have rheumatoid arthritis or gout. The swelling of the knuckles is an indication of gout. I’m only saying this because my knuckles were swollen and sore. I went to rheumatoid arthritis doctor and she prescribed Allopurinol commonly known as Zyloprim. It works. You have to have your uric acid level checked along with your A1C. I suffered a long time until they figured out what my problem was. I also have Curto knives that I bought before I got married in 1976. You would fall over if I told you what they cost back then. No where near what they cost now. Enjoy your channel.
