Chicken pakaane se quantity aadhi ho jati and it take al lot of time also direct stuffing is much easier.

Try making the momos without cooking the filling first otherwise it makes them very dry from the inside
But direct fry karna hai toh filling pakagi nhi Kuonki steam ka rime chicken soft ho jayega But direct fry karta time aasa nhi hoga
