yep, db cooper probably did not live, even if cheal is right, humans are very fragile ,you can land within 100 miles of your area, if you land in water you can drown, if you make it out and don't find shelter soon you can die from exposure, going home that night is highly improbable as he lost all his money as it floated in the bag witch burst and a few bundles were found next to water, so he fell in the water ,died, eventually things started falling off him including the money bag, and thats it, the story of db is big because he was the first highjacker of a plane, and no one knows him

After meeting Chael, you can tell he's as genuine as they come. He's awesome. He remembers names. He's coming back from weigh ins and the hotel worker/security said "he's not signing." Chael goes, "Leave the dude alone and I can sign for Kenny if I want. I'll be back down in a little bit and I got you Kenny." His uncle is unfortunately wheelchair bound and told us (my friends and I) so much inside information on Chael. He said after losing to Silva he threw his water bottle against the wall, crying saying in agitated state "I'm always #2." Til this day, I have no idea about his collegiate wrestling career but he did mention Chael being runner up even at his collegiate wrestling tournament. Chael has a wonderful wife, family, and team. I look a ton like Chael so throughout fight week his team would stop and call me little Chael. Everytime they'd see me in the hotel they'd being in hysterics about it. Subscribe and like all of Chaels content. He's a class act and never forgets without his fans he's not the superstar he's turned into. Btw, he's just as funny in person as one could imagine. He instantly became my favorite fighter and someone that is smart as a whip!! If you ever get the chance to meet Chael, do it!! He plays the villain but he's truly the sweetest guy along with his beautiful wife and family. Brittany is perfect for him and so obviously the woman for Chael. He's just a good fucking dude with a super supportive family. Thank you for the memories Chael!! Continue your greatness in everything you do.

      ,
Db cooper already got the operator look, not scared to ditch out of a plane with a chute (experience) into a forest where he needs to live off the land to survive to make it out, let alone move fast enough on the ground to put himself OUTSIDE of designated search areas because they won't expect a normal man to cover 5 miles in 40 minutes or ruck 20 miles in a half a day regardless of the terrain.

For all the people interested, Chael tweeted in January 7, 2018 "Just got word that DB Cooper died today". Some conclusions may be drawn 1. He probably isn't lying. 2. DB Cooper died in either a) early January 2018 or b) late December 2017 or c) December two years ago (according to this video) so maybe 2020. I'd favor b). 3. Cooper is believed to have jumped near La Center, WA and the nearest Indian reservation is the Yakama one, though it isn't exactly next to La Center. Still I suspect that the track to Yakama would be doable by a prepared mountainman/wilderness hunter. Its likely that (if all these things are true) there would be people at the Yakama Reserve who would know the real DB. Good luck.

      Very nice!
My take on this, an Easter Egg hunt in Chaels video, of info that should easily lead to a name, along with your post & Chaels video:
An Indigenous male born in 1990 on a reserve that died Jan. 7, 2020 in Arizona 4:35
Had a child at sometime, hence a grandson 4:50 7:10
      Married
Born & grew up on a reserve nearby
After his death (I assume) his wife moved back to Oregon. Close or near to St. Paul 7:15
You said "La Center, WA and the nearest Indian reservation is the Yakama one, though it isn't exactly next to La Center.", And Chael said 6:30. The Gov. land backed onto the Indian land. hmmm
It seems fairly easy. Start by looking up an 32 yr old, indigenous male that died in AR on Jan. 7, 2020.
Go from there & narrow it down with the rest of the info here.
Nice plug for Dave Chappelle @2:30 Chael ;-)

The real Dan Cooper's first name was Darcy and he was from an unincorporated town just outside of Eugene/Springfield, OR. He died around 2010 in his mid 70s. I knew him well and was his bartender and friend for many years. He was a Vietnam Vet but not a paratrooper. He served in the Marine Corp. He never bragged but he never worked another day in his life. He used the money to pay off his family's old home and he lived in it till he died. He lived very cheaply and mainly spent money on beer. In his sixties he suffered a massive heart attack and began receiving a disability pension. He was a nice man. Kind of wild but very cool. The guy in this video is full of shit.

I can guarantee this is 100% accurate. Chael and I have a mutual acquaintance that quipped to me, long before I was at all interested in the Chael persona, that if I didn't think he had anything interesting to offer I must not have followed the "Cooper story". Made no sense to me at the time and I didn't want to sound like an idiot having to ask. In the end I dismissed the comment and changed the subject. Over the years I saw a buzzfeed story about DB Cooper and later some other documentaries and the like. It never occurred to me that this was related. And why would it?! Now I see why they call him "Honest Uncle" out west. He just can't tell a lie.

The most plausible explanation I heard is that DB Cooper never existed, and that members of the flight crew planned the robbery, saying they were being held hostage. Perhaps when it got too far they didn't really know how to complete the heist, so they dumped the money out of the plane and said DB jumped, with the plan to get the money later on.
