8:53 Not safe, and otherwise, NOT seated if that line isnt equally gapped around the entire wheel. This is why they fil lthe tires up Over pressured at first, To "POP" the bead into the seat. Sometimes its a light pop sometimes its like a gunshot lol. Depends on the tire. Bike tires tend to be a bit smaller so less pop. Some big Suv/Truck tires can make some Very loud pops, or even some low profile car tires with stiff sidewalls.

How come you guys don’t use the coats tire machine for the tube wheels ? I worked at the ktm dealer for a while and we had a similar coats machine and did all our tires on that besides the mini bikes
how many clutch spring did you change before you happened to use a pick and realized it worked like a dream, these are the little things only experience brings
