- Today I am exploring Chongqing. I start off by exploring the city's main tourist attractions, Liziba Station, and Huangjueping Graffiti Street which is located in the Huangjueping district, Chongqing. After a quick visit from some law enforcement, we moved on to lunch! I have wanted to try lots of traditional Chinese food from local hotspots, not fancy restaurants. My friends that intern at ichongqing helped me to find some traditional Chongqing cuisine! I was trying some things for the first time that sounded a little crazy to me, but definitely worth it!
In the evening, I took a ferry along the river to see the lights and the city, from a different perspective. I am having a fantastic time here!

what a great view at night, the lights are amazing. Pigs feet can be bad if not cooked correctly but I'm guessing you got a good batch. love the train going through the building I've seen it on a documentary so interesting. It's summer vacation, the weather in Chongqing is very hot, and there are too many tourists, many famous attractions have too many tourists, sometimes make people feel unbearable. Generally speaking, April and May, September and October are the best seasons for traveling to Chongqing, and it is recommended to travel to Chongqing in these months.

@@keisone You should visit Shanghai and Shenzhen, they are cities of another level, far more than Chongqing. Actually, Chongqing is not developed among Chinese cities, it is just an old industrial city. In recent years, Chongqing has become a tourist city because of its delicious food and unique urban landscape.

I wouldn’t say problems, but definitely had some difficulties.. the people are so friendly and try to help as much as they can..
I was struggling to order food somewhere and a random person called their bilingual friend to help me.. completely unexpected and really nice..
I’m in central China though in a city that’s not popular for western tourists.. Beijing and Shanghai etc may be a different experience

I’ve been to Chongching twice and loved it. It’s certainly the road less traveled so was super happy to see you exploring it. China in general gets a bad wrap but the people are lovely and the culture so deep. Make sure you try hot pot.
your point is conflict, if people are lovely and culture is deep, how come you said china gets a bad wrap?which aspects are bad? and which country is perfect?
@@user-uf6wy9kx2c to clarify, what I meant is some people (mostly western media) paint China in a bad light. Perhaps as not safe or an undesirable place to visit generally not in a positive way. I don’t believe these assumptions at all. I’ve been there and loved it.

I spent a total of five years in China, mainly in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province. A small city, by their standards, of 8.5-9 million people. My favourite place to eat was a Muslim restaurant called Lan Zhou La Mian. They're all over China. The subway system in Shanghai is the best I've seen anywhere and the high-speed train system is a great way to travel.
I can imagine the ad for this apartment, 2 bedroom unit in Chongqing, very very close to public transport, train line....
