Need more positive Asian male role models. Thank you for putting yourself out there for us.
Agree, Kevin and more Asian dudes need to do this!
Interesting dicussion. As a black woman I can relate. Its happening to us now. I'm educated and have my own money but thats considered masculine. Its really heartbreaking.
Black Woman are handsome :)
What? This is ridiculous these traits are considered masculine
We do need more asian role models instead of what the media portrayed us as. For the dating side us asians needs more confidence! I've dated all races and never had a problem
Absolutely dude! Haha another Kevin t!
Anyone who puts time stamps for their videos deserves the world tbh
Haha thanks!!
I know Kevin irl from an adoptee group! He's very nice/funny. I think it's important that the world see Asian men can be emotionally vulnerable at times.
He's a really cool guy!

Nice podcast
Much appreciated
Good job, I think the content has great value! One small suggestion is to reduce the animated transitions, they're distracting, but just my humble opinion.
Noted! I'll make the transitions a little cleaner.
Great dating content and questions. Good idea with the timestamps
Thanks buddy!
Ooo exciting, can't wait to see how this goes
Thanks buddy! Hopefully we'll have some more interesting guests soon.
Kevin, you should do a series of interview with different types of “attractive” Asian men. The formula doesn’t have to be about lifting weights and trying to be a model only.
I like this. Who would be a good example of that?
@@ampedasiapodcast I really enjoyed this interview and have mad respect for Kevin K., but one of the problems is that there are so many AM’s (and men in general!!) that aren’t genetically blessed like he is and can’t spend hours in a gym getting ripped...the “relatable ness” to someone like Kevin is questionable. However, there are many ways to be attractive!! I do very well with non-Asian women and I’m very different from Kevin K and we probably would attract completely different types of women. That’s the key. All AM’s shouldn’t be going after the same archetype, If you heard my story, you’d be very surprised and I’m sure there are others that have carved out their “game” without trying to chase the “American” goals of attractiveness.
@@ericlind6581 Cool man! Hit me up on IG - kevinktang and let me hear your story.
@@ampedasiapodcast I’m an SE Asian American woman. I recently stumbled onto the UA-cam channel Wong Fu and appreciate the diverse types of Asian American men playing the attractive leading male roles. Additionally, my brother is not model-handsome but easily attracted and dated women of various races prior to marriage (to a Caucasian) woman.
solid interview. Definitely relatable being Asian having grown up around all white people.
It's an interesting perspective for sure
@@ampedasiapodcast lol this interview got me and my friends to watch Bling Empire. Kevin is really the only relatable person 😂
As Asian countries are getting richer, especially China, i think we will definitely get more respect. Its true what they say. No money no honey
Congrats to Kevin!
Move to Europe or Latin America. Why should well-educated Asian guys stay in a country that actively denigrates them? Dating will be easier, sure but overall social discrimination will also be less. If Asian guys are going to stay in the US, then their number one priority should be to get more actively involved in changing the American media and culture that disparages them.
😃
Actually not bad
Thanks man!
Great video! Haha your reaction when Kevin said "House of Hoes" 13:31
Yeah I loled! haha
More asian masculinity, no hate on kpop but they are taking asian masculinity back 100 years
Not really, man, if anything they've been helping Asian men get way more popular.
Are we twins??
Most likely yes 😭
#yellowfever #stayhumble
Sometimes I feel like if Kevin has a brain or not like he makes me feel very uncomfortable maybe it because I am from a Asian American family and my parents are very strict and he say some things on the show that kinda confused me like I can asked a girl out right when they break up that is called a home wrecker/ rebounder like he so desperate and he think it okay when it like the girl just broke up give her like time distance to love herself let her breath 🤦🏻♀️
There's this JT Tran guy teaching Asian men to date white women.
I saw it on ABC nightline. 😀
27:30 missed opportunity to call out self-loathing and white worship that affects all Asian youth growing up.
More blame needs to go out to the racist culture and media in the US. It's not a self-loathing as much as there's an active social engineering attempt in the US to get people to hate Asians.
Kpop is keeping up for us
And then comes the corona
