Hey Ken big fan of your vids! My club North Texas Bass Assassins had a tournament on Ray Bob the same day Champs did . Gotta say that wind was brutal when it switched. I’m pretty sure I saw you guys in a small pocket near that rocky bank with the camper on it.( the one where you had to trim way up because of that point when you were leaving) we were behind you in the white tracker. You definitely caught them better than we did. Keep making great content!

Thanks Logan, that was us, I think there was a window that first hour and if you didn't have them at the end of that window it was really tough

Pretty good shape for a hip replacement. Good to see. I love the question to Terry about why you didn’t catch them. Lots of time on the water and still can be very tough.

As with virtually anything worth doing, if it was easy, everyone would be doing it. Most particularly does this idiom apply to Ray Roberts.

Correct, and it makes you appreciate those hot streaks even more

Curious if you ever go back and review your videos like a football team does? For example, at about 5:39 you sat down and opened the box to look for a Senko...and you had to dig around for at least a minute to find it. At the end of the day there were probably many '1 minutes' that could have added up to a few more casts. My question isn't about that particular incident, but more general about the use of your videos to 'review/critique game film' looking for ways to eke out a few more opportunities.

David I do it a lot, and its helped fishing with a lot of guys over the years. Amazing how often i have seen guys (partners and co's in draw tournaments) waste significant amounts of time. I normally am really, really efficient, and you hear my frustration at my lack of organization in that video. But it also helps me think through what I would have done different, and like Cedar Creek (another bomb), I felt like we did the right thing, just didn't happen for us. I think about similar on the golf course, I hit a drive the other day within 5 feet of where I was trying to down the left side of the fairway, actually right down the cart path. I was wanting to hit the cart path and get through the dogleg, the pally actually hit the curve of the cart path on the fly, bounced dead left and went out of bounds, sometimes the breaks just dont go your way.
