Hello...I do not speak the language either but it looks as if the centre beads are 4mm and the seed beads are 10/0's. Thread most likely 4 lb and needle 10 or 12. I don't mean to bud in but thought I would try and be helpful. I am going to start making this on the weekend as it is a gorgeous piece and so I am sure you are eager to start as well. Hope my suggestions help and happy beading!
