Hello, is possible to measure the loop impedance between L an N without having the PE in the socket? I have a similar tester but am able to test the loop impedance only in sockets with existing PE.

However, the main function for which this test is used is to measure the resistance of a ground fault circuit, so if you have the ground wire disconnected, or it does not exist, you will not be able to perform this type of measurement.
