Just picked up SC2, but I'm a SC veteran. This gave me a different mindset to the races, and helped me transition to this version. I'm still learning the pieces to this chess board, but it's coming along. I'm amazed you did such a great job in one take. Keep it up.

nice video. idk if you still see these comments or nto but Zerg seems like the coolest but for a complete beginner, seems and sound the toughest. do i want to go that route? xD
Yeah it really depends on what you're looking for. Zerg can be really fun, and if you play aggressive it can be really rewarding as a beginner. But being able to handle the mid and late game can be tough. If you play either other race and learn to build a proper wall against Zerg, you can pretty quickly climb the ranks and focus on Macro. Each race has it's strengths and weaknesses. Zerg is a blast, but finding the right race really depends on what you would like from the game. If you want to overwhelm your enemies with sheer numbers, zerg is great at that. If you want to overpower them with the Golden Armada, protoss is the way to go. And if you want to seige and pick apart your enemies from all angles until you can walk right into them, Terran is great. All require study and practice to get good, so keep learning. I would recommend Vibes Bronze to GM series as a beginner. That guy was a pro, and he's an amazing Grandmaster that teaches you what you need to climb. I hope this helps!
@GamerSamich Hello! Can you please help me a bit on deciding between Terran and Zerg. I played Starcraft from Broodwar until now and only with Protoss. I've fooled around from time to time with the other two races a bit, but not much. Now i want to leave Protoss but i can't seem to be able to choose between Terran or Zerg because i like them both just as much. For example i like the marine splits from Terran but i also like the muta harrass from Zerg. I tried flipping a coin, but each time i get Terran i feel like i would miss on something cool if i don't play Zerg instead, and vice versa. What personality type best describes Terran and what for Zerg? Please advise me on how can i decide this.
Hey great question! I haven't played broodwar I've only watched pro matches, but I'll do my best to help you out. I am a Zerg main and played them a lot throughout the years. And you're right, Mutas harassment is a lot of fun!😋 however what you've mentioned you like about each race is in each race. Ex. Splitting your banelings,(exploding zerg units), to hit all the marines. Or Terran has something that could be more terrifying than mutas, which is upgraded bio stimmed marine drops. They both have they're micro and they're harrass. If you're really split between the two, I would maybe suggest terran as it's probably the easiest transition from playing toss, however after getting about 40ish games under your belt, see what's on the other side with Zerg. They're both very fun races and once you get some practice you should definitely try both out, then it'll be easier to pick a main. I would check out a 2 1 1 build from Zombie Grub. This let's you get a well timed second base, 2 medivacs full of marines and stim,(the upgrade that let's your marines shoot and move faster once activated, ) at the enemy base in 5 minutes. It's a little tight, but it's like having upgraded mutas harass at 5 minutes, and usually does tons of damage if not ending the game immediately. It's out of style for sure, but a great intro into builds that can keep you safe and harass at the same time.
True, but I would definitely recommend focusing on one when you're first starting so you can get a feel and sense of the game before trying to learn 3 races at once.
@@sterlingcampbell2116 Yep! Unless you're like a pro, at which point the difference in mmr for your races is like less than 100 points at all times. But getting the perspective of your enemies and knowing them better, can help you better destroy them. That being said, just because you know how to destroy them, doesn't mean you can actually be able to execute that plan lol. It's such a deep and rich game.
mind blowing ending, definitely subscribed after that one
I appreciate it!

do you still play sc2?
@@splatmarina I haven't played in a while, but it still holds a close place in my heart. 👍
learn to play them all or you will most likely never be good

You only need to know them all to the extent that you know how to counter them. Beyond that point of diminishing returns, it's better to specialize.

It really helps when you max all the levels foe each race. You get to understand your enemy.
