Salam alaikum Bhai sahab, thanks for all your lovely recipes. We don’t use Mustard oil in cooking in Gujarat,India, so I don’t like any recipes cooking in mustard oil. Also in London too .we never cook in mustard oil. We use sunflower oils in curry,or olive oil for different dishes.
Could I garnish with kothmir.( hara dhanya With taja pudina, fresh Mint . I would forward. Your nice cooking video to my family and friends to India and here’s in Uk,and Dubai . Jzak Allah. Best wishes from London.
