(it was code for "white guy singing black music"). Let's retire the term and just enjoy great talent and great music that moves us and touches our heart.

So it’s full of desperate longing and other strong emotions. One of the things that makes this performance even more amazing is Bobby's Live Performance! No one sings this song like he did! Imo. He made it look so easy! Watch his face..he doesn't have to strain to hit those notes at all!!!
