No flattery intended, you look very youthful and healthy. The lymphatic drainage can do a LOT. We know a lot more about environmental factors and skincare than previous generations. The people who created a lot of the ideas we have about youth and aging were literally aging faster than us! Late 30s is YOUNG.

@@dfayeart none of that means anything if you’re not healthy, eating clean and staying hydrated. People today are much more unhealthy than even 50 years ago. Also skin care is mostly a scam anyway, any cosmetologist who’s not scamming will tell you that
@@AbolishTheATFLook at pictures on kids in late 1800 early 1900 who worked in factories, they looked like old people in their faces with kids bodies. People worked hard and looked and feel old much earlier and had pain in their bodies. My neighbour 80+ skiing, running and a lot of people has a good health even when they are older, and better teeth! =) Well of course it depend on where you live and what era in history you compare to and that persons circumstances, if the person was a worker or a queen in a castle. But in general i think people look younger longer today.
Hey Maria! Just a tip an esthetician gave me: when using the microcurrent device, don't apply the gel to your whole face at once, apply it to the part you're using the device on and then move on to another parte of your face, so the gel doesn't dry up! Love all your videos! 😘

What made me tear up was how confidently you introduced us to a makeup-free you in this video. No embarrassment, no shame, no needless apologies. I know it's not your aim, but I hope you know how much your honesty and self-love matters to other women who are your peers. We have to hold each other up in this world. I‘ve been struggling with severe acne for all of my teenage yours up until now (i am on my second round of accutane). You are my favourite asmrtist and a huge inspiration for me so when you showed your acne scars and told us about your own struggles with acne it made me feel better so much about my own! It reminded me that we are all human and we all have or had struggles that aren‘t that obvious from the outside. So we should really stop comparing ourselves to others because we don‘t know their journey. Thank you for being so candid! You make this world a better place ❤

Yes! Same. I was learning so many new skincare techniques at the same time feeling happy sleepy -Maria’s voice makes me feel like I’m slightly levitating- but then the strapy boob pillow and I’m stuffing the comforter in my mouth to stifle my laughter so I don’t wake up my poor hubby 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 We love Maria so so much. It’s like the end of the Barbie movie!

I've only just started to watch, but I really appreciate that you are showing your weekly routine. I have only ever seen "nightly routine" videos, and they always do SO MUCH and it's unrealistic for most people. Those video's have still made me feel bad about myself concerning skin care, even though I know most people don't have a nightly routine like that.. So it's nice to see you show us something that is so much more realistic to so many more people. This video has good tingles AND good vibes ❤

I have been really sick this past week, I even forgot today was Monday until the notification for this video came up. I'm telling you I'm crying right now (??). Your videos are helping me so much when I try to sleep at night, thank you so much! 💜 I also love watching skincare routines and I prefer soft spoken videos too, so this is the perfect combo! 😭
I think it's really cute when you show us the "nitty gritty" stuff like this! I think it's good for a lot of people who may have body issues to see the behind-the-scenes and know that it's okay to look silly or a bit weird sometimes, that you don't have to be perfect all the time! I definitely commend you for keeping up with such an extensive skin-care routine. I have ADHD and am lucky to remember to wash my face everyday. Even then, I only use Head and Shoulders (I know it sounds nuts, but the zinc in it helps with my acne) and a very mild moisturizer with SPF in it. Once again, thank you so much for the video and everything you do! One of my favorite parts was seeing how your skincare routine also applied to your hands (I never thought about it, but your hands are such a valuable asset!).

It's nice to know I'm not the only woman in my 30s who wakes up with chest wrinkles! Among all the other ones but the chest ones always make me feel like I did something wrong. Nope just aging! Meanwhile my fiance who is 2 years older then me has baby soft skin with no wrinkles aside from some sun damage on his face. Rawr. That being said I just absolutely love Maria. She is woman/mom goals for me. I love how honest she is and fearless in the sense she is not afraid to share her real natural self. She is beautiful and such an inspiration. I would rather watch her then a "beauty vlogger" any day! These are great tips for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of time/money/space to do a 2 hour $500 skin care routine every day. Some retinol is great, maybe a little vitamin c…BUT for the most part, I feel like we, as consumers, are easily mislead by a hue of products in this day and age. As a person with really bad OCD, sometimes the only thing that makes me feel calm is my nighttime skincare routine. It is something I always like to take my time doing and it makes me feel a lot better going to bed. It was so great watching your routine! You can tell how much you take care of yourself. I love it. Giving yourself some TLC is so important. I am a huge advocate for Laroche Posay. For some reason I hit a weird adult acne phase once I turned 27 and was like what the heck is happening. I consulted dermatologists, was told to go one medications. Those medications had weird side effects. Then one doctor recommended Laroche Posay. He told me not give up or feel discouraged if I don't see results within a month. It took 3 months to see results. I am 29 now and I have been acne free (unless my cycle is coming). Routine is so important. Don't just wash your face, stimulate it, moisturize it, sunscreen it! Thanks for another awesome video

You know your stuff and what works for you. Sometimes these routines can be super overzealous (for the sake of a video) and it makes me cringe. And yes! I've only just started to watch, but I really appreciate that you are showing your weekly routine. I have only ever seen "nightly routine" videos, and they always do SO MUCH and it's unrealistic for most people. Those video's have still made me feel bad about myself concerning skin care, even though I know most people don't have a nightly routine like that.. So it's nice to see you show us something that is so much more realistic to so many more people.

I think it's really cute when you show us the "nitty gritty" stuff like this! I think it's good for a lot of people who may have body issues to see the behind-the-scenes and know that it's okay to look silly or a bit weird sometimes, that you don't have to be perfect all the time! I definitely commend you for keeping up with such an extensive skin-care routine. I have ADHD and am lucky to remember to wash my face everyday. Even then, I only use Head and Shoulders (I know it sounds nuts, but the zinc in it helps with my acne) and a very mild moisturizer with SPF in it. Once again, thank you so much for the video and everything you do! One of my favorite parts was seeing how your skincare routine also applied to your hands (I never thought about it, but your hands are such a valuable asset!).

It's nice to know I'm not the only woman in my 30s who wakes up with chest wrinkles! Among all the other ones but the chest ones always make me feel like I did something wrong. Nope just aging! Meanwhile my fiance who is 2 years older then me has baby soft skin with no wrinkles aside from some sun damage on his face. Rawr.
That being said I just absolutely love Maria. She is woman/mom goals for me. I love how honest she is and fearless in the sense she is not afraid to share her real natural self. She is beautiful and such an inspiration. I would rather watch her then a "beauty vlogger" any day! These are great tips for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of time/money/space to do a 2 hour $500 skin care routine every day. Thank you Maria!

My lord that’s a lot of products and money. I do live by the sunscreen every day motto, tho. Some retinol is great, maybe a little vitamin c…BUT for the most part, I feel like we, as consumers, are easily mislead by a hue of products in this day and age. Keeps the beauty industry running and the executives rich. Relaxing video, regardless…per usual 💜
As a person with really bad OCD, sometimes the only thing that makes me feel calm is my nighttime skincare routine. It is something I always like to take my time doing and it makes me feel a lot better going to bed.

As a much older woman....I learned from my mother to ALWAYS rub UP on the neck. You never want to pull or rub downward.
It was so great watching your routine! You can tell how much you take care of yourself. I love it. Giving yourself some TLC is so important. I am a huge advocate for Laroche Posay. For some reason I hit a weird adult acne phase once I turned 27 and was like what the heck is happening. I consulted dermatologists, was told to go one medications. Those medications had weird side effects. Then one doctor recommended Laroche Posay. He told me not give up or feel discouraged if I don't see results within a month. It took 3 months to see results. I am 29 now and I have been acne free (unless my cycle is coming). Routine is so important. Don't just wash your face, stimulate it, moisturize it, sunscreen it! Thanks for another awesome video

Maria, not only was this very relaxing, but you have a wonderful skincare routine! Excellent products, and appropriate layering and spacing between actives. You know your stuff and what works for you. Sometimes these routines can be super overzealous (for the sake of a video) and it makes me cringe.
And yes! If you ever came out with a frownies-type sticker situation, I would be SO into it!
