Thank you for interviewing me and allowing me to share my experience! 🙂 I make it a point to document all my successes and shortcoming as an endurance athlete with T1D on my weekly blog The Curious Diabetic🍏. Mastering Diabetes has been a game changer over the years, and definitely will stick to it to fuel my next challenges...and my life ! 🙂

I was just told today that my A1C is 9.2%! This is frightening because I have never taken any medication for type 2 diabetes. I am shocked, frightened, and depressed after hearing the results. They prescribed Farxiga and don't know if that is safe. I just subscribed to your channel and I'm hoping I can get some help from watching your videos. I've never fasted before and think I'll try intermittent fasting. Thank You.

Just go carnivore with only ruminant meats. That'll get you down to normal, healthy range in a matter of weeks to months

6.1 is a average blood glucose of 128 that is not healthy. Your average should be below 100 and below 5.6 A1C to be nornal. I was formerly pre diabetic 2.5 years ago now im back in normal range eating Paleo. High glycemic carbs are not how you address type 2 diabetes.
