Excellent start in cleaning the gutters first. Interesting you mentioned there was more than one type of render that you could encounter to deal with. Looking forward to the India Sandstone. Bit of advice, get yourself some Safety Hazard Cones for out on the pavement . It's best to be safe than sorry.

why do you guys in UK use turbo nozzle for everything I feel that you can damage more that way

We only generally use the turbo on block paving because flat surface cleaners arent effective at removing the weeds
