  • Just a quick compilation of footage from a tour up around Mt St Gwinear earlier this year, testing out the wool coat \ anorak liner.
    The test went well. First of all, wool - warmth, fire and sparks, breath-ability, wind resistant... it's expensive but totally worth it.
    Then the full side zippers, to open it up for ventilation, or right open for poncho wear, or ground cover. It's an excellent way to wear garments, especially in these conditions. You want to stay as dry as possible up here.
    Finally, the roomy fit gives a lot of comfort, room to move and room to layer up. Also, it can easily be worn by others of a different size. You never know who might come under prepared.
