Yuka chan We love your charm , and your energy . It doesn't have to be a full on production , Or expensive outings . Do things YOU enjoy in your spare time. I am amazed that you grew your channel to 55k in just one year ! It's not easy at all! So congratulations! As far as ideas, keep it simple sticking to things you enjoy . A simple walk in a park , or areas of your city you enjoy or wanted to visit. Most important don't go broke doing it. Keep it within your means. We enjoy your spirit and the time you share with us. Forget the coffee, stick to tea 😊 we are here to see Yuka making Yuka happy. I'm sorry, with all these words I am not so helpful. But I enjoyed this video . All the best !
Yes totally agree. Yuka, don't burn yourself out or feel pressure. MKBHD noted that youtube production is more of a slow jog than a sprint, otherwise burn out happens. Take it easy and do what you enjoy, as others have said.
Thank you for your videos, my wife and I enjoy them. We like the videos of you going to different places in Japan, so we can see places that we will never see in person, it makes us happy. 👍😀
Congratulations, Yuka-chan! You already have over 55,000 subscribers, and it'll only increase from there. I wouldn't be surprised if you're over 100,000 by the end of 2024. I would love to see videos where you travel to more of Japan, especially the natural parts like the forests and mountains of your country. In Florida where I live we don't have mountains, and I'm a bit jealous sometimes. Also I'd love to see smaller restaurant and shopping venues, the streets that have many small places to eat. I wish we had more of those in America. Oh, and foreign travel when you can afford it. Those videos are always great.
You might like coffee more if you add some cream or sugar. Coffee by itself has a very strong bitter taste that many people don't like, that's why many people add creamers and flavorings. Congratulations on one year, Yuka! Many people on UA-cam don't get nearly as far as you have so quickly. You're obviously working very hard to make this channel succeed and it shows! Keep up the great work! 😃
Great video Yuka chan. When i saw you riding Rickshaw in videos on other UA-cam channels i knew you should have your own channel. Your smile and positivity is inspiring and makes our day better. 55.000 subscribers on your channel know that already. Have a nice weekend everyone. ❤❤❤
Hello from Australia. Your happiness, optimism, positive attitude, and always smiling face make your channel my favourite on UA-cam. Congratulations on your anniversary, and I look forward to what you upload next!
Congratulations!!!. I remember commenting that you should start your own channel when you were a rickshaw girl. Everyone tuned in because of you...not because of the video producers. I hope you make lots of money and keep your content fresh. So many of us want to more about the real Japanese people.
Like most people I heard of you through various Rickshaw videos. I was always taken by how positive and kind you were, which was why I was thrilled to find out you had your own UA-cam channel. Been watching since. Congrats on 1 year. Vlogs aren't usually my thing, but you are always fun, entertaining and super cute. Look forward to future videos! Thanks from Australia. 😊❤
Your brilliant personality, the quality of your work, your flawless politeness, your beauty and intelligence, the will-power you dedicate to your activities and so many qualities more are an example and an inspiration to all of us. Watching your videos we learn so much about Japan and the Japanese language. Congratulations for being here for one year! It is a landmark that attests to your capacity and creativity! May you be blessed in everything you do throughout your whole life. Thank you so very much!
You have done so well in 1 year. You have shown us daily life in Japan. I would say just keep doing what you are doing. Show us what you like, the things around your country.
It may be that one reason you have done well is that you hadn't watched much UA-cam. I had seen some of those rickshaw videos and have been here since the beginning. Don't worry about the deadline! Do what you want to and continue to be yourself!! お目でと❗❤
Congratulations Yuka! A few suggestions, Day in the Life, Visitors guide such as hotels, travel recommendations, and whatever else you're already doing. I drink coffee daily but never black. Some sweetener, cream and/or caramel or french vanilla are my favorites.
Congratulations, Yuka-chan, on your one-year anniversary on UA-cam! It's hard to believe it's been that long already. As you can see from so many comments, viewers enjoy your perspective, your wit and charm, and the positive energy and joy you bring to every video. My thought is don't worry too much about deadlines. It's more important that you are making videos whenever you want and not feel beholden to a schedule. As for content, your travel adventure videos to the Philippines and Antarctica were spectacular, but those are huge productions that take a lot of time and money. I hope you continue to show us the beauty and culture of Japan and the world around you. The content will take care of itself whether you go outside in nature (no butterflies!) or indoors with your cooking series, for example. Just do the things you enjoy and have fun making videos. We'll be here for you.
Still cute as a button a year later. It was fun to see you grow as a youtuber, Yuka. I saw the original videos and was happy to see your coffee adventure. Looking forward to big things in the future.
You might like most of us not like bad bad coffee. Get some fresh whole beans (something nice like ethiopian yirgacheffe), grind them up (a hand grinder will work), use a french press or an aeropress, then sweeten and creamer to taste.
Congratulations Yuka! 🎉🌹🎊 I'm so happy you started a channel, and that you're having fun with it! Your hard work is obvious 😊 Wishing you continued success ✨ Coffee with sugar and cream is more delicious than black coffee ☕😋
Congrarulations on this momentous occasion. I wish you all the best. I have no doubt that there will be many more milestones ahead for you and your channel. Your road to 1 million subscribers has began. 😃
Happy birthday (one year celebration) Yuka Chan, I remember seeing you on that Rickshaw the first time and your smile and personality melted alot of hearts, so no wonder you have grown as a young youtuber !!! I like your videos, have not seen them all but I actually do learn some japanese while watching... and ofcourse learning about japanese custom too. Keep on 🙂don't worry about content ... your smile and personality weight the most.
I loved your video about the different prefectures of japan and what is popular there. I love learning about different places in japan. Traveling everywhere for a video is expensive but just making a video like that telling more in depth of each area and things to do there would be nice.
Congratulations on your first year anniversary, 優花ちゃん! Being a creative can be difficult at times and we all procrastinate. You are not alone in this. I would suggest just keep on filming whatever interests you, especially travel and food through your eyes. It will always find an audience. One of the main reasons people tune in is your personality alone brings such positivity. And don’t be afraid to fail once in a while. Failure is just another learning experience. 頑張って下さい! My prediction is that in no time at all you will be displaying a UA-cam silver play button of your own.
Happy anniversary Yuka I started watching you as a rickshaw girl I thought what a cute girl your smile got my attention. If I recall correctly you had mentioned wanting to start a food truck.
Yuka drinking coffee looked like a kid sucking on a sour pickle. Yuka you can try milk sugar or a girl's best friend chocolate in it with milk and even whipping cream does not need to be straight.
Yuka, congrats on making it a year-look at how fast your channel is growing! 55k+ subscribers, that’s awesome. I too am a natural procrastinator, so I understand where you’re coming from; it’s made worse for me to because of ADHD. A tip I would have for that is to keep doing things that interest you, and then make a list of the topics you’d like to go over. It does take a lot of effort, but making the habit eases that burden. I really enjoy your English challenges and your cooking videos, but I think the thing that interests me most is your exploration videos through your own eyes since you have this fun personality that draws me and many others in. Keep it up!
Hi Yuka-san, greetings from the U.K. Congratulations on your first anniversary! Last year I visited Chiba prefecture with my family by going through the Tokyo Bay Aqualine from Kawasaki. The views from the “Sea Firefly” were very beautiful, especially at night. It would make a good subject for a video. We went on to visit “Mother Farm” which was really good, especially the sheep dog display. Regarding coffee, my recommendation is Saint Mark’s café latte and a ジャガバタデニッシュ.
Keep doing your best Yuka-Chan. Don't ever give up making UA-cam. You will be a winner. Black coffee doesn't taste good. Try it with cream and sugar. You may like it 😊
I think people just enjoy your personality whether your eating what looks like 30 plates of sushi or braving a zip line. Just do what you enjoy and bring the camera. It's also fun to see vlogs from around Japan when you travel. Congratulations on a year and subscribers!
You are so brave Yuka Chan. Although you don’t like the coffee you drank it. I can’t even imagine how hard it is to think of creative or interesting contents for your channel. But I personally find it interesting. You have such a cheerful and happy personality that makes your channel interesting besides the content. You bring Japan a little bit closer to your viewers. Thank you for that. So, this year is going to be my first time in Japan. I am so excited to know your country and its people. Arigato!
Congratulations on your first year on you tube. You bring us some lovely videos Yuka chan, your efforts are greatly appreciated. All good wishes for the future, Arigato Gozaimasu.
Congrats Yuka-chan! I love your videos, your honesty and your amazing smile. Just keep doing you! Your love and enjoyment of the simple things in life makes me so happy. My favourite channel!
It's hard work to drink something that you don't like! You have covered many topics in your videos including nature, cookery etc. You even went all the way to Antarctica to give us all something to enjoy!!! It is a big commitment to produce a video every week, so thank you for your hard work!
To be honest, videos of you just walking in a park would be interesting enough ;) Seriously though, there are so many things: Bike trip videos, Exploring nightlife, Videoing your hobbies, Skiing, Tours of traditional sights/shrines, Food videos, Best anime for beginners to learn Japanese, Visiting gardens or parks Taking YOURSELF on a rickshaw tour with your former colleagues or whoever, the Nasendo trail, Teaching some Japanese (yes please), Favourite coffee and/or doughnut shop exploration. Sky is the limit. I remember that first video, and it was really fun to watch.
私たちと人生を分かち合い、素晴らしい一年を過ごしていただきありがとうございました。🥰 これからも楽しくて本物の動画を作り続けてください。😍 これからも応援していきます。😘 I hope my Japanese is readable to you. You keep inspiring me to learn Japanese. We hope you keep making fun videos, and stay happy and positive. I think visiting places around Japan, away from the normal Tourist places would be amazing video content for many of us to see! We Love Yuka-Chan and her big smile and positive attitude. Keep doing your best, you are beautiful and amazing. 🤩💕❤
Your videos are delightful, so please don't get discouraged. Simple videos are fine; you don't have to travel to other countries. Just show us your life, your surroundings, your family, your daily experiences, and your culture. That is what I look for...
I think it's fair to say, we enjoy whatever video you come up with, whether it's simple or more complex. It's the person in the video that makes it better, so keep being you Yuka-chan! I enjoy watching the every day moments and interests you have. P/S: I still don't enjoy coffee myself, after trying to like it for a few years haha. I'm a tea guy through and through.
The look on your face after that first sip of coffee had me rolling on the floor with laughter😂 such a wonderful expression…🎉🎉congratulations and keep the videos coming,
As a fellow procrastinator, I can completely understand leaving things till the last minute then panicking! I guess Yuka-chan just isn’t a coffee person, but as someone who couldn’t stand it myself when I was young and now drink it religiously, maybe it’s something you may grow to like as you mature. Or not. 😝 Many congratulations on the channel, I always find your videos informative as well as wholesomely entertaining.
I’m still somewhat new to the channel but so far the videos have been great. I felt like when you were talking about procrastination and coming up with ideas it felt relatable and showed a very human side of you I liked if that makes any sense. And your reaction to the coffee was pure gold.
Yuka-chan congratulation for the one year anniversary! Your smile is so beautiful that it should be made a national treasure of Japan ❤ Coffee tastes better when it's hot and you mix it a bit with milk
Happy anniversary, Yuka! I've been catching up on some of your past videos (I'm about 2 months behind), but I'll be updated soon. 🙂 I remember watching other people's videos of you back then and thinking, "She's certainly getting quite popular, but since she's so busy being a student and a rickshaw driver, would she even have time for her own channel?" But somehow you've done it. And I'm just as happy for you as everyone else here. I know how you feel about coffee. In English we say that it's an "acquired taste". I love the flavors of iced coffee and I have it for a treat sometimes, but I don't usually like it hot. Black coffee without cream or flavoring is not always best. It's been so good to get to see and learn more about you, and about Japan, in these videos. Hai! Arigato gozaimas!
Congratulations on your 1 year anniversary . As for coffee, take it from me (a man who started drinking coffee 70 years ago) Iced coffee is much harder to get used to than hot coffee . I am now 78 years old and always start my day by drinking a large cup (18 Oz) of black unsweetened coffee but I only drink iced coffee occasionally
Your weakness may be that you procrastinate, but one of your greatest strengths is that you persevere. Your face when you took a drink of your iced coffee said it all. You didn't like it but you did your best to continue with it. That is what is great about you and your channel. You challenge your self, and even if you fail you keep going to the end. Congratulations on 1 year on UA-cam! Keep up your challenges. Keep cooking. Keep working on your English, and Spanish! Keep going on adventures! You're doing great!
Congratulations on your first year. Wishing you every success in the future. I won't give any specific suggestions for future videos, but it might help to create a mind map and split down into categories such as food, travel, Japanese clothing, sports challenges, Japanese holidays, Japanese cinema, Japanese culture, English challenges, crafts etc then add as many idea as possible to each of these categories. Good luck.
Omedetou gozaimasu on your one year anniversary Yuka Chan. Thank you for your honesty and great videos. Please keep your spirits up and thank you for sharing your life with us. A small suggestion. I would like to see you teach foreign visitors how to use the city bus or train system. It was difficult and nervous for me when I visited Japan many years ago so I ended up walking a lot!
thank you for your hard work Yuka-chan! your smile and positive energy is so good for the soul. Thank you for taking us along your journey and showing us so we can learn more about your wonderful world and Japanese culture. you're a treasure. I hope you are always happy, healthy and surrounded by love and positive energy.
Congratulations on your year one anniversary, may your channel go on for many more years🍾🍾🥳🥳🎇🎇! Speaking of coffee, I was thinking you might make an episode on unusual types of coffees found only in Japan, but honestly after the face you made when you forced yourself to drink that iced coffee, maybe it wouldn’t be such a good idea😭😭! Thanks for the video 🥰🥰
The first time I seen you you were Rickshaw driver and I continued watching because of your good outgoing personality and that’s why I still watch you today. I enjoyed showing us different parts of your country, your cooking, you learning different languages, your food tasting and travel. I hope you continue to travel to other places. You are a very interesting and unique person with a beautiful personality. We need more people like you in our world. You are such a great person and you’re doing a fantastic job just being you and doing what you do.✌️❤️
I first ran into Yuka on Japan Explorer. I instantly fell for her engaging, funny, cute personality. Also, she looked like a princess. I always thought she should have her own You Tube channel. I think I wrote her and told her to get one because she'd be a star. I remember the episode of her drinking coffee for 10 days and have been hooked ever since. Congratulations, Yuka. You went from a couple of hundred subscribers to 55,000 in one year. Sugoi!! Now, it's time to have breakfast with Yuka once again.
I’ve been watching from the start, you’re a great personality and you’ve definitely mastered the art of making content look effortless. Our lives aren’t meant to be TV shows and that’s why this is so difficult, but take comfort in the fact that most of us take for granted how interesting the most mundane things in our lives are, for example drinking coffee. You’ve made drinking coffee entertaining! I hope this translates to 日本語 well. Happy one year anniversary and 現場って(still learning 😂)

It is a big commitment to produce a video every week, so thank you for your hard work!
Thank you for your videos. This contribution is in celebration of your anniversary! Best!
Thank you Tim😊✨
To be honest, videos of you just walking in a park would be interesting enough ;)
Seriously though, there are so many things:
Bike trip videos,
Exploring nightlife,
Videoing your hobbies,
Skiing,
Tours of traditional sights/shrines,
Food videos,
Best anime for beginners to learn Japanese,
Visiting gardens or parks
Taking YOURSELF on a rickshaw tour with your former colleagues or whoever,
the Nasendo trail,
Teaching some Japanese (yes please),
Favourite coffee and/or doughnut shop exploration.
Sky is the limit.
I remember that first video, and it was really fun to watch.
私たちと人生を分かち合い、素晴らしい一年を過ごしていただきありがとうございました。🥰
これからも楽しくて本物の動画を作り続けてください。😍
これからも応援していきます。😘
I hope my Japanese is readable to you.
🤩💕❤
I'll watch anything Yuka-chan does
Your videos are delightful, so please don't get discouraged.
Happy anniversary Yuka-Chan.
Happy birthday to your channel 🎉🎊
You could just walk around and smile to the world and I would enjoy watching it.
Have a nice weekend,Yuka chan💖
The look on your face after that first sip of coffee had me rolling on the floor with laughter😂 such a wonderful expression…🎉🎉congratulations and keep the videos coming,
ゆかちゃんおめでとう!ありがとう! あなたには誕生日ケーキがふさわしいですよ!🍰🎉
ありがとうございます!Lynx😸✨
いつも応援してくれて嬉しいです!
ケーキを食べたいと思います🎂
An extra answer for your question! A video of making gyoza, you can use pre-made gyoza skin. Messy enough? ☺@@yutin_jp
Thank you for the idea!
The video on making gyoza sounds great! I think I'll try that!🥟👩🏻🍳

Congratulations on the 1st anniversary! Let's enjoy milk coffee together 😂
Thank you for your continued support Enrico🥳✨
Sweet milk coffee for celebration😂👍🏻
@@yutin_jp😂 OK but I don't need sweet milk or sugar
As a language learner myself I adore watching your English challenge videos! It is so encouraging!
I like everyone else think your a sweet person and enjoy whatever you post , even if it’s your daily routine ❤️❤️❤️
Or not. 😝
Many congratulations on the channel, I always find your videos informative as well as wholesomely entertaining.
I’m still somewhat new to the channel but so far the videos have been great. I felt like when you were talking about procrastination and coming up with ideas it felt relatable and showed a very human side of you I liked if that makes any sense. And your reaction to the coffee was pure gold.
It's been incredible too see you and your channel grow Yuka Chan!
Happy Birthday, Yuka Chan Channel ;)! Time for your favourite TV series or movies maybe? Japanese or not, of course. Short format?
Happy anniversary Yuka san 🎉😊
Yuka-chan congratulation for the one year anniversary! Your smile is so beautiful that it should be made a national treasure of Japan ❤
Coffee tastes better when it's hot and you mix it a bit with milk
Happy 1st Anniversary on youtube Yuka, and a Very sucsessful one Too!!! Wishing you all the Best and Hoping all your dreams come true.
I would be interested in seeing you present a video of an normal day in your life. What is it like from start to finish. Keep up the great work!
Happy anniversary, Yuka! I've been catching up on some of your past videos (I'm about 2 months behind), but I'll be updated soon. 🙂
I remember watching other people's videos of you back then and thinking, "She's certainly getting quite popular, but since she's so busy being a student and a rickshaw driver, would she even have time for her own channel?" But somehow you've done it.
Hai! Arigato gozaimas!
congratulations yuka chan you are a beautiful positive person your videos have become an unmissable event
Amazing watching you grow and learn as you teach us. Please more videos of lesser known places in Japan ... like ALWAYS!!! Much love, Yuka Chan!!!!
Thanks for your mission, we are grateful
Congratulations, Yuka chan! Thank you for your hard work. Love your videos!
UA-cam記念日🎉おめでとうございます!今年も楽しみにしている😊
コーヒーには、ダブルショットエスプレッソは最高だと思う😊
Family Mart自販機コーヒーは最低でも…
You’ve made quite a journey. I wish you the best for year two and will support you along the way. 😊
Congratulations Yuka chan! 👏Your videos are simply enjoyable! ❤
1年目おめでとうございます!あなたのチャンネルが大好きです。ずっと応援してます。
Congratulations on your year one anniversary, may your channel go on for many more years🍾🍾🥳🥳🎇🎇! Speaking of coffee, I was thinking you might make an episode on unusual types of coffees found only in Japan, but honestly after the face you made when you forced yourself to drink that iced coffee, maybe it wouldn’t be such a good idea😭😭! Thanks for the video 🥰🥰
proud of you yuka-chan
(here's to another great year!)
You are such a great person and you’re doing a fantastic job just being you and doing what you do.✌️❤️
Congratulations on the 1 year anniversary!
優花ちゃん かわいい!
ブラックコーヒーも美味しいですが、
かわいい!
おめでとう!😊
You're tougher than I am. I had a sip of coffee when I was about 20 and then never again. It's sad that so many people can't function without coffee.
