Wustof is not worth the money! Any Japanese knife is better than it! By the way, Miyabi is the best Japanese knife I have ever used. Furthermore, Miyabi is SG2! It's much harder than VG10!
I would say it comes down to personal preference in my opinion Wüsthof is better than Japanese knives. It is just more durable and for the price where I live a lot more budget friendly than Japanese counterparts. My favorite knife brand is Victorinox nonetheless.
