Stone Temple Tower Theme lets me lucid dream. The Shadow Temple Theme(OoT) used to freak me out as a kid, so I put it on loop and forced myself to sleep to it until it didn't bother me anymore. Now I actually find it relaxing. This remix, however, is certainly one of the best I've come across. Really jamming to it with headphones blaring
Stone Tower and Ikhana have always seemed so tragic, but in retrospect what has Skull Kid done to that area that it did not bring upon itself naturally? He brought suspicion and rage to the southern swamps, he brought the cold stillness and denial of death to the northern mountains, he brought pestilence, silence, and sorrow to the western bay... but what did he bring to the east? The warlord Ikhana, the Gibdos, the spirits and vengeful dead of that land seem to predate Skull Kid's involvement. A bloody history bound in the lie the tower itself was built on. It's something of a well known secret by now in the fandom but allow me to inform those not in the know, and remind those who are; it's commonly agreed that the concept of the great Stone Tower is an allusion to the Tower of Babel, where the creators sought to reach "Their God" or "gods" in this case, the 3 Goddesses of Hyrule, or perhaps something else. They sought to create a tower tall enough to reach the heavens themselves, but for their impudence the gods shot a ray of light at the temple, inverting it. The workers in the temple continued to build the tower higher and higher, not knowing that instead of reaching up into the heavens they dug inversely, deeper into the pit of their sins... into their own hell per se. They locked the gates of Stone Tower behind trials that only those who do not fear death or darkness can open, Skull Kid did not curse this realm like he cursed the other three, instead he merely threw open the gates of Stone Tower and reminded those who dwelled in these lands what they have already done. It says something when one of the eeriest locations in the game had almost nothing to do with Majora's Mask itself, it had to do with the people who once inhabited Ikana Canyon.
It not entirely true it has nothing to do with mask. Some of iconography in the temple suggest the temple was built to worship the demon Majora, or its mask. It seems Majora wanted to remind them of their "god".
It´s a super great cover, includes Stone tower Temple and the Inverted in one video, here is it 0:00 Stone Tower Temple 2:40 Stone Tower Temple Inverted
Been waiting for this one! As haunting as it is, I'm glad you cut out most of the opening a lot of versions and covers have. Having 45 seconds of creepy wooshing is great video game experience but no such a great listening one.
FINALLY, the track I have been waiting for since I saw you did Zelda music too. I love the original so much and I knew you would do an amazing version, and indeed you didn't disappointed, I LOVE THIS :D
WHAT A BANGER. OMG I JUST FOUND MY OLD NOSTALGIA FOR N64 AND MAJORA MASK SOUNDTRACK. YOU MADE THIS SO MUCH BETTER. DAMN THE CHOIR WHEN IT COMES IN! OMGGGG YOU MADE IT SOOOO MUCH IMMERSIVE AND CRISP. GOD BLESS YOUUUUUUU. WOWWWWW. !!!
Recently been into Stone Tower, listened to quite a few remixes, yours is the only one that has the same punching thud that the original does. Really good remix
when i first played mm my sisters blasted the Euphrates river song so now those songs are associated in my head it doesn't help that stone tower kinda gives off an ancient Mediterranean vibe with the whole tower of babel thing so now you too have to endure hearing oooooh Euphrates river every time this plays
I have always liked the remixes you do, they relax me, they excite me, they make me create a dream world when listening to these songs, I would like to see how far you want to go, for now. You have a fan who appreciates your work. nwn
Do you ever think about this that each area has something to do with the that inhabits it so like the deku's control the swamp and in that area the Deku princess captured and held in the swamp Temple while in the mountains the gorons made a whole town and guess what their leader is dead dormani and in the great bay the Zora use that area and the singer Zora loser eggs and Macau goes to fetch them but ends up dying in the process but what do we see from the Stone Tower Temple area in ikhana we don't see any races except for the dead monsters and the garu but also we see a father and his child my theory is that these guys didn't move here on their own accord It might say that they did but really what other descendants could they have here so my theory is that each race inhabits one specific area now you could say clock town is another area but it's in the central area of the compass area so I don't really count that the only other people in that whole area is garou and the father and child whatever more is more plausible means that they probably were the ones that made Stone Tower Temple and that they're responsible for their own misdeeds but let's just ponder this who would have made this the way it was if skull kid didn't do it even though he had the power to the guru in the father and child which one seems more plausible to do that cuz it obviously wasn't the Dead how can they build everything without brains or even anything so I have a theory that it wasn't the guaru who built it it was the ancestors of the father and the child and what are the human character goes into our kind of besides those two link and guess who else is not associated with death around there nobody's there that can be the person who would have died link is the only one that has the probability of dying and he's seeing everybody he's ever helped in ocarina of Time because he died and he's going through death stages or the stages of death I'm actually pretty surprised he's not breaking down at the seams at the end of the game cuz he's been through so much but I wonder what he became afterward we know that the hero shade helps Twilight princess Link but we don't actually know who he might be so this might actually be linked but that's just me rambling and thinking and overthinking things AKA I have a theory that since there isn't a specific character that is gone in that area erase that link is the only person in that area that has the chance of dying in any game he's the only one who goes into dangerous situations in almost dies so what's stopped him from dying this time
Welp, time to listen to this one on repeat until my ears bleed, because that's what people who love Majora's Mask do. Great job, as usual.
I second this
Amazing reference btw.
Lmfao!! I can totally relate!

I mean, you're not wrong

Wow I never knew this stuff despite watching a full play-through of the game! I should download this game on my Wii U
@@End_Zionism It's a fantastic game with an emphasis on both tragedy, and overcoming tragedy. You should certainly buy and play it.
It not entirely true it has nothing to do with mask. Some of iconography in the temple suggest the temple was built to worship the demon Majora, or its mask. It seems Majora wanted to remind them of their "god".
Jeez I played the game so many times and enjoyed it dearly, yet I didn't know it had this much backstory. That's deep.
@@anisabidar Oh yeah It has way more backstory than even what our friends essay here describes. The game has more lore than botw.🤣

I am a simple man, I see a notification from Vetrom... I like instantly.
I think most of us can agree this is the best dungeon theme in the franchise.
And this remix made it a thousand times better.
The Stone Tower Temple is my all-time favorite Zelda dungeon. I MEAN YOUR LITERALLY CLIMBING THE TOWER OF BABLE!
Stone tower temple is probably my favorite track from this game! Fantastic remix, Vetrom/10
stone tower theme is my favourite track from majoras mask
Stone Tower Temple OST > All Zeldas OST :) and also best dungeon/temple :)
it defiantly has that journeys end feel, but i have to give it to ikana castle, its just way too emotion to pass up.
One of my favorite temples in any LoZ game. It sounds so much more haunting here, and what more could you really want from a Stone Tower Temple remix?
I absolutely love this version. Makes a great atmosphere for when I really need to focus on an assignment
Amazing reconstruction, was listening to this while wrapping frames at work and had to stop and jam for a minute!
Perfect instrument choices
Been waiting for this one! As haunting as it is, I'm glad you cut out most of the opening a lot of versions and covers have. Having 45 seconds of creepy wooshing is great video game experience but no such a great listening one.
The fact that each link with his mask’s instrument make this song all at once. 🎺 🥁 🎸
Wonderful remix, it makes me happy how many others love this track
You captured the hypnotizing feel perfectly in the inverted portion.
I listened the deal out of these Zelda songs during online school lol Great job, I LOVE these!
I am in love with this! Great job on the remix! You are so underrated :)
Thank you!
Great to see you doing a beautiful version of that very loved theme

WHAT A BANGER. OMG I JUST FOUND MY OLD NOSTALGIA FOR N64 AND MAJORA MASK SOUNDTRACK. YOU MADE THIS SO MUCH BETTER.
DAMN THE CHOIR WHEN IT COMES IN! OMGGGG YOU MADE IT SOOOO MUCH IMMERSIVE AND CRISP.

I could just picture a little skeleton playing his non-existent heart out on the flute.

Recently been into Stone Tower, listened to quite a few remixes, yours is the only one that has the same punching thud that the original does. Really good remix
It´s just one of those songs, one cannot get tired of

My favorite LoZ dungeon song made better.
Love it
increment the video's speed, thank me later
A little bit too much going on innthe background
This slaps even *harder* on 50% speed
Holy shit it does
I assume you mean 1.5x right? Cause if so I agree xD
Holy Sh*t that really does.
epic
