well Scotland might become independent so i would rather give it to an English company (Virgin) and first group is so much in debt if it doesn't get this contract then it will go bankrupt which will hit the scots lol
British Rail failed when the Unions attempted to run the company in the same fashion with many companies. Unions overstretched their political power attempting to run a business. Politics should never run a business.

Virgin train looks so much better than HSTs train. HSTs trains looks old fashioned.
