Its loading bcz its downloading the data right or im wrong idk
Oftentimes, Loading means something you don't possess, unless you downloaded all of the data for the current build.
Which I usually do before the big banner/update hits to ensure that I either get the CEs I want or the servant I'm chasing.
Sometimes the loading is fake.
Downloading the data because you don't have that data... aka new data for new servant or CE. Or sometimes the loading just do some trolling
