I've been struggling rehabbing one of my knees after meniscus tears/OA and tears. My left knee has responded to rehab exercises but my left has remained unstable. It feels more lateral and def connected to hip and lower spine. Limited external hip rotation seems to play a factor? I've had MRI's etc. and been through good PT sessions but I need more. I will try these. Appreciate your detailed explanation Tim!
Brilliant Physio, Ive had 2 years of physio...still not right...maybe if they stopped tapping on their computers while you have your session would help

I have been suffering from some level of discomfort in the inner joint of the right knee. I’d like to be consulted but am based in Melbourne. I think you are based in Sydney. I've lateral hip instability and stiffness and pain plus lateral knee pain and crepitus of the knee.. the grating pebble sound can be due to IT band issue right?? Or is it always due to arthritis?😢 I'm just 25
