Jordan, the bit of advice around 2:50...I feel like I needed to hear that. It's so easy to get caught in the minutiae; when in reality everything is built off of getting stronger.
Bodybuilding is a science, depends on how far you want to take it. If you want to maximize your output and results, gotta know the science. That's in the context of both training and nutrition
@@chadwick9053 He was a powerlifter before not a bodybuilder. And he is an educator not a bodybuilder. He doesn't have to look like ronnie coleman in order to know stuff, and its not pseudosciene its literally how your body is made of. Your muscle fibers have a direction. He is not saying oooo you will never ever grow if you don't know anatomy. He is just implying if you want to be efficent with your workout you need to have a clue of what you are actually doing on gym.
