Fragranced body wash could be triggering your back acne. Also lounging around in your gym clothes after working out, it's really beneficial to shower right after because the sweat clogs your pores. Just some small things to take into consideration :)

I gotta second that one. I couldn’t figure mine out, then my hubby suggested cutting it down to the basics for a time- all natural stuff w no fragrance etc. I used bare minerals face wash and lotion for a couple weeks and my whole situation changed. Less really is more sometimes. I used to try to nuke the shit out of my skin the moment I saw an issue, and that really never helped.

hey nat!! i held back for a long time to comment/dm you about this, but seeing you having acne problems to the point of getting an allergy test (which was exactly what i did too back then out of desperation), i felt like i need to share my experience. first of all, what made my acne so much better (even almost completely gone now) was going on a medication called "roaccutane" given by my dermatologist, and you might know it as accutane. second of all, you might not be allergic to a certain food, but have that food still cause you to break out, and for me back then it was dairy (egg yolks, milk, yoghurt) and sweet foods (yes, it was a shocker to me too). but ever since i cut down on the sugar, it really made SOOO much difference. i know how hard it is to deal with acne, and some days are harder than others, but i hope this helps you! i've been watching your videos since 2020 and i've been hooked ever since!! u really do make my day :) ilysm nat!!
omg yes i was looking for a comment like this but i struggled with face and back acne too and the only thing that worked for me was accutane too!! its refreshing to see this comment unlike other comments that are suggesting things like not using a fragranced body wash which im sure she already knows loll

Hey girlll some tips for the back acne: when you shower and rinse your shampoo and conditioner, wash your back/body last cuz hair products are insanely pore clogging. You can use a benzoyl peroxide face wash on your back too, let it sit for 3-5 min then wash off. Also if you’re still using your faja that’ll contribute to the acne, same for wearing a lot of tight clothes all day.

Something that came to mind…
1. When washing hair, once your done, tie it up ina shirt or towel so it’s not dripping down your back… and rewash your body before getting out the shower
2. Try Panoxyl on your back
4. I was wondering if it was from wearing the waist trainer? Maybe try washing it more often… or I’m unsure how that works with the faja!
5. Back facials & changing your shower routine (adding Panoxyl & diff hair routine in the shower)
