Imma be honest. CG without K isn't likely to win many wars. Leaders are insanely important. Look at Vagos. When Speedy was around, active and invested in his gang the Vagos were strong, everywhere people knew of them. As soon as he disappears the Vagos disappear. Leaders matter more than anyone else in the gang.

There is always in GTA fight's like this. :P To much is going on in one time and ppl are clueless what is happening. :P Especially when you got 2 of them from the start and your brave went so much more that ppl going solo separated from members and die one by one in the end.

They got what they wanted but if Hydra did not agreed to end, SS were completely fine to continue for few days more. On the other hand Hydra had nothing to win from this war.
