Hi! There is some minor assembly required. I believe Ingenuity has a video of the assembly you can watch. Also, the swing makes a little noise but it is nothing that would keep my Baby awake. Hope this helps!
Hi Alison, are you folding up the seat into the upright position or using the buttons on the side? If you fold it, it will eventually push back into a recline position. Make sure you are using the buttons on the side of the seat to click it upright. Hope that helps!
Rebecca Castillo Hi!! I believe there should be straps that you can pull to adjust behind/on the back of the seat. If that didn’t help you can also google the Manuel and there is a picture reference on how to adjust the harness. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
Hi! On the highest speed it is a pretty big fast swing, but fast is pretty subjective! I probably wouldn’t want it to swing any faster for a newborn :)
Yes, I am very pleased with it. Sometimes you just need another place to set your baby for a little bit and this fits the bill. I am glad I didn’t spend more money on a bigger/fancier one that she might not even like!

How do you lock the seat in the upright position- it seems like it just pushes back to recline without a lock

sophmoore Hi! The swing I have does not have a vibration mode, it only has the swinging motion with music :)
I cannot find the vibration option either..
The swing does not work on plug in power mode
